Your file is supplied as a high quality PDF, EPS, AI or indd (InDesign).
We recommend all files to be created in illustrator or InDesign and saved as a high quality PDF or EPS - if using an image created in Photoshop place image into illustrator to add any text, text created in Photoshop will print pixelated.
Your artwork is imposed 1-up, not as spreads.
Your artwork contains correctly set internal and external bleed.
For most layups 3-5mm bleed is required, for larger banners and signage allow 10 - 25mm if unsure please ask.
Your artwork is the correct size and contains trim marks if applicable
Your artwork is set using CMYK colours.
All rich blacks are set to C = 60%, M = 40%, Y = 20%, K = 100%
All fine black text is set to C=0%, M=0%, Y=0%, K=100%
For the best colour consistency we recommend choosing colours from the pantone colour bridge or solid coated.
Blacks - for large blocks of solid black - please use rich black,
For black text (paragraphs etc) please use K - 100, this will avoid any registration issues.
If printing on clear stock, all colours will be translucent (not opaque).
We can not digitally match PMS metallics, PMS pastels or PMS fluorescent colours. - These may be supplied as vinyl cut products.
All fonts are outlined (converted to curves) or embedded.
Even common fonts may vary from version to version.
If a font changes due to not being outlined, we take no responsibility
All links are embedded
All Images are 300dpi when placed at 100%.
A minimum resolution of 300dpi should be used. If using a program such as adobe illustrator, all placed images should be embedded.
Images from the Internet do not always print well - please check the size and quality of your images.
All lines in your artwork are at least 0.3pt wide (all text at least 6pt).

Do you accept all copyright issues associated with this design/artwork?
Do not use ‘overprint’ in submitted artwork.
This may not apply to your artwork. Check output preview in Adobe Acrobat to confirm.
If alterations are required then an amended proof will be emailed to you for approval.
We will not start printing until we have received an approved proof. The turnaround time starts from sign off of the proof.
We cannot guarantee a colour match to a provided sample, a previous print job or to a pantone colour when printing cmyk full colour process.
We are not responsible for any reprints if a proof has been approved incorrectly.
